Do you want to improve your fitness level and hiking ability at the same time? Our FIT 2 HIKE program is a simple fitness plan that you can do at home with minimal workout equipment. The plan is designed by Patty, an active hiker, certified personal trainer, and running coach.
All this program takes is an ability to use a phone app, a few dumbbells, and a bit of dedication. You must log your workouts in the app and also communicate with Patty often to keep her up to date on your progress.
If you train consistently you can expect to become stronger, faster, and more fit. You might possibly lose a few pounds as well. Limited spots available.
Some may prefer personal training or a program for workouts at the gym. This can be arranged as well. The fee varies depending on the training plan you choose. (Food plans are also available for an extra fee.)
